A working perspective

Life is more connected
than it appears.

This is a Bible-centered, non-denominational Christian perspective on God, Jesus, the Spirit, and our shared responsibility—not a demand that every person use the same words.

God as the eternal life force

We begin with the possibility that God is not distant from creation, but the eternal life force that brings everything into existence and holds it together. Different traditions name this reality differently. Some encounter it through prayer, some through contemplation, some through nature, service, or love.

This perspective does not require us to erase difference. It asks us to become curious about the deeper unity beneath our separate experiences.

Humanity and interconnection

To see life as connected is to see another person’s dignity as related to our own. It changes how we understand freedom: not merely as independence, but as the capacity to live truthfully while taking responsibility for the life around us.

Awakening as a way of living

Spiritual awakening is less about collecting certainty and more about becoming capable of greater love, honesty, humility, courage, and service. The test of insight is what it makes possible in the world.

What this site is not

Unity does not require sameness.

Free and United does not claim that religions are interchangeable, or that one tradition can define another. We seek points of connection while honoring the histories, practices, and meaningful differences that make traditions distinct.
